A Collective Experience for Reconnecting with Land & Nature
Dundreggan Rewilding Centre, Glenmoriston

An immersive, residential event, 3 days and 2 nights, in Glenmoriston
Arrive Thursday morning – Leave Saturday afternoon
Provisional programme
Day 1 - Thursday
Arrive morning, lunch followed by welcome to Dundreggan
Walk and talk intro, 2-4 hours, possibly the long Ceum an Fhraoich (heather path) loop – led by Trees for Life
Supper
Evening: Campfire – Connecting with Place - Gaelic and the meaning of Dúthchas
Day 2: Friday
Breakfast – and morning wander
Morning - Half day practical work – Restoration and regeneration - rewilding ourselves reconnecting with nature (litter picking, bracken clearance, nursery tasks – to be coordinated with rewilding centre)
Lunch
Afternoon – Rewilding ourselves - Restorative, connect with self and other, through wellbeing activities in nature, thinking about community, challenging self, repeopling
Supper
Campfire – Song and Story
Day 3: Saturday
Breakfast and morning wander
Morning – Creative space for reflection, how can we rewild our practice?
